Who I am:
Small town girl living in a tech world. The last four years of my professional career have involved experience and learning to adapt to many different changes and cultures. I have worked with over 50 different nationalities at one time. I can speak on a platform with 5- 300 people daily. I'm very much a people person and I enjoy life's challenges. I have gained professional experience in marketing, recruitment, cross-promotion, face to face sales, and managing small businesses. My degree is a BA in advertising as well as a studio art minor.

● Recognizing bias by only debriefing on one candidate during engineering debriefs - Created a ‘block debrief’ for all SF recruiting. Saving engineering and HR coordination time from 7+ hours a week to 2 hours. Currently being implemented across the Americas.
● Developed an orientation process for new technical recruiters in the Bay Area. Focusing on a quick ramp up, and sharing information from each unique background.
● Implemented and managed shared sourcing techniques for non-recruiters to teach other parts of the organization.
● Coordinated the effort of SF interviewer ramp up in Code Review, Resume Deep Dive, Architecture, and White Board. Resulting in a larger pool of interviewers and less interview fatigue.
